Digital Assets
“Digital Assets” means digital assets (also known as “virtual financial assets,” “convertible virtual currencies,” “cryptocurrencies,” “virtual currencies,” “digital currencies,” or “digital commodities”), such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, that are based on a cryptographic protocol for a computer network that may be (i) centralized or decentralized, (ii) closed or open source, and (iii) used as a medium of exchange and/or store of value. “Personal Data” means any information that, alone or in combination with other data, allows you to be identified directly or indirectly, such as your name, email address, username, contact details, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (such as an IP address and device ID, or one or more factors specific to your physical, economic, cultural, or social identity).
3. Personal Data We Collect
BeBit collects, processes, and stores personal data obtained through your use of our services or with your consent. This personal data may include contact details, a copy of identifying information you provide or from publicly accessible databases, your government-issued identification number, or any information associated with your device or internet service (such as IP address and MAC number).
In addition, we may conduct business with and collect personal data from individuals and entities located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), and we collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act. We collect the information you provide during the BeBit registration process, which may be from completed, incomplete, or abandoned registrations. We also collect personal data when you communicate with us through customer support, subscribe to marketing communications, or contact us by phone, email, or other communication channels. 4. Collection and Transfer of Data Outside the EEA
As described above, we may collect personal data from customers located in the EEA. In order for us to provide services to customers in the EEA, we require customers to provide their explicit consent to transfer their personal data outside the EEA. If you are an individual located in the EEA and you refuse to consent to such terms, you will no longer be able to use BeBit and our services. You will be able to withdraw your digital assets and fiat currency; however, all other features will be disabled. 5. How We Use Your Personal Data
BeBit uses personal data to administer, deliver, improve, and personalize the Services for you. BeBit may also generate generic data from any personal data we collect for our own use. We may also use this data to communicate with you about other products or services offered by BeBit and/or its partners. We will not share your personal data with third parties (other than partners involved in BeBit’s services) unless we have your consent or as otherwise provided below.
We may share your personal data with third parties:
(a) if we believe it is necessary to enforce the Terms of Service;
(b) to comply with requests from governmental agencies worldwide, including regulators, law enforcement, and/or judicial authorities;
(c) if BeBit is required to do so in response to a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process in any applicable jurisdiction;
(d) to comply with the laws and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction;
(e) if such third party provides services to BeBit (such as administrative or technical services);
(f) if such third party is involved in the sale or transfer of our business or any part thereof.
In addition, we have adopted international standards to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and the circumvention of trade and economic sanctions, and we will implement applicable digital asset laws and regulations in any applicable jurisdictions, as and when they become effective. Such laws and regulations may require us to conduct due diligence on our customers. This may include using third-party data, and service providers may cross-match your personal information with their own data.
6. How We Store Your Personal Data
The data we collect from you may be transferred to or stored at a destination outside of Seychelles. This data may also be processed by personnel located outside of Seychelles who work for us or for our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you consent to this transfer, storage, or processing, except for customers located in the EEA, as described above.
7. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Your Personal Data
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data upon request and to determine whether the information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your personal data is inaccurate, you may request that your information be updated. You may also request that your personal data be deleted, but we may deny your deletion request in certain circumstances, such as where required by law or for other legal purposes. To respond to data access, correction, or deletion requests, we will verify the requesting party’s identity to ensure they are legally entitled to make such a request. While we aim to respond to these requests free of charge, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee if your request is repetitive or burdensome.
8. Marketing
From time to time, we may share company news, promotions, and information about products and services offered by BeBit. We may share personal data with third parties to assist us with marketing and promotional activities or to send marketing communications. By using BeBit, you accept this Privacy Policy and consent to receive such marketing communications.
You may opt out of these marketing communications at any time. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please email service@bebit-vip.com.
You will not be able to opt out of receiving important product-related information, such as policy/terms updates and operational notifications.
9. Use of Cookies
When you visit BeBit, we may place a small amount of data (cookies) stored by your browser, as is standard practice in the industry. This information is placed on your computer or other device used to access BeBit. This information helps us recognize you, collect information about your use of BeBit, better customize our services, and improve your experience. We may also use the collected information to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) and the Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) Program (the “BSA/AML Program”) and to protect the security of your account by detecting irregular or suspicious account activity.
Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. Some cookies expire when you complete a browsing session or page, while others remain on your computer or other device until deleted or expires. You can choose to decline our use of cookies, but this may affect the functionality of BeBit’s services or your user experience.
10. Information Security
We are committed to protecting BeBit and you from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the personal data we collect and store. We take various measures to ensure information security, including encrypting BeBit communications using SSL; requiring two-factor authentication for all sessions; regularly reviewing our personal data collection, storage, and processing processes; and limiting access to your data to our employees and suppliers to the extent necessary, subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

This Privacy Policy may be published in different languages. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
